Finding the humor hidden in serious stuff is one of my favorite challenges. The tone must be spot on. The timing is crucial. It can be a balancing act. But what a breakthrough when your clients can relax a little. They'll remember you as the one who helped them through it with a smile.
Of course you don't have time! You're doing what you do best. You need someone to write blogs, post on Facebook, and update your web pages. Someone who gets your business and can market it with your voice, except a little bit funnier.
Someone once said "a writer is someone for whom writing is exceptionally difficult." Writing takes time. It requires research, choosing the best words to convey your message, organizing the information so it is understandable and clear for clients, and adding a bit of wit or humor. Hmmm, maybe that's why you're not cranking out web copy while waiting in line for a Unicorn Latte. But here's the good news: I can be writing for you while you wait in line. Call me :)
I get it. This is your business and you don't want anybody screwing it up. That's why I call it collaboration. We can take it one web page/blog/Facebook post at a time. In the (never before occurring :) instance that you're not happy - there are no long term contracts. Your investment is minimal. It's definitely worth a shot.
Well I'm glad you said it and not me. Websites are like houses, they need constant maintenance. It's important to have one that looks like someone lives there. Fortunately you don't need a second mortgage to keep your content updated. I can handle it for you. Let's chat.
The great thing about creating an online course is that once you have the course written you can continue to sell it for quite a while. Everyone benefits from an editor to go over their content before they send it out to the world. I can proofread as well as provide overall suggestions to make the material as clear and concise as possible. I can suggest ways to add humor. I can also help you create the course from scratch.
Most entrepreneurs are too busy to crank out the content needed to pull new clients in their direction. Between blogs, Facebook posts, and the dreaded email newsletters, they realize writing content is practically a full time job. So they don't have time to do it because their actual job gets in the way.
Umm, exactly.
